Is Parking Available?

Parking in the complex is available on a first come basis. The only reserved parking areas are the handicapped spaces and are for people who hold a valid Handicapped Permits. Handicapped parking spaces are marked and signs are posted. Any vehicle that is unlawfully parked in a designated area will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.

Detached garages are available for an additional fee. Please contact leasing office for more information.

Is WoodsEdge Pet Friendly?

We are positively pet-friendly!

Your dogs & cats are part of your family, and we love to welcome them to WoodsEdge Apartment Homes. Please review the fees and restrictions outlined below:
Non-refundable Fee: $350 (per pet)
Monthly fees: $40 per pet
Maximum two pets
No weight limit
Dog breed restrictions *

* (no full or mix of the following breeds): Akita, American bulldog, Chow, Dalmation, Doberman, German shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, Staffordshire terrier/Pit bull, Wolf, and any other breeds prohibited by management.

What is the Renters’ Insurance Policy?

Our apartment communities do require renters’ insurance for the protection of our residents and their belongings.

Before you move into your new apartment, it is required that you obtain renters’ insurance. This is a special insurance policy which is very affordable and protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire or theft. Premiums are calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions. You can obtain renters’ insurance by speaking to one of our team members or contacting your local insurance agent. Remember, any insurance carried by the property owner only insures the buildings. Protecting the contents of your apartment is your responsibility.

Are there additional Deposit's & Fee's?

Security Deposit: The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due on or before the date the lease contract is signed.

Are Utilities Included?

No. Utilities such as Gas, Electric, Water, Phone, and Internet are not included in the rental fees. Since the utilities will be under your name, it is your responsibility to contact the respective service providers and arrange for their activation before your move-in date.

How do I apply?

Applications are available on our website and can be found at the floor plan detail page that has an available unit for rent. Or you are welcome to visit our office. Any applicant who meets our tenancy screening requirements is eligible for a lease offer; however, by submitting an application, a lease offer is not guaranteed. Lease offers are based on apartment availability and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
