Lisa De Laurencio
As Riedman has grown, so has Lisa De Laurencio’s influence on the success of our company. Since joining Riedman in 2003, Lisa has helped manage and grow more than 10 different properties across the Riedman portfolio in both the Rochester Region and, most recently, in the Erie, PA market.
Today, Lisa supervises the leasing activity for Riedman’s Erie portfolio, including The Hammocks at Millcreek and our newest property, Royal Villa. Lisa was also influential in helping to formalize and elevate the Riedman Mission, Vision, and Values, recognizing the importance of communicating and unifying new team members to the “Riedman Way” during the onboarding process.
Lisa has always been a great manager – professionally caring for Riedman’s customers while personally caring for her young son as a single mom. In Lisa’s own words, “my son grew up in this business.” In her spare time, Lisa likes spending time with family and friends and relaxing with a good book.
