Rochester-based Riedman Homes is breaking ground on a new model home and local community of 25 single-family homes at the former Northside Blodgett School in Corning N.Y.. ‘Northside Place’ will be a custom home community with 1-story and 2-story plans and classic design features, ranging in size from 1300SF to 1700SF. These new homes will have a 2-car garage, full basement, and numerous custom amenities for buyers to select.

‘Northside Place’ has been designed with the curb appeal and established streetscape in mind. Northside Place’ represents a continuing investment by Riedman Companies’ into the local Corning economy. With two other apartment communities, (Woods Edge and Academy Place), the on-going development of ‘176 Denison’, and the introduction of ‘Northside Place’, Riedman Companies’ is committed to the success of the Southern Tier.
